Think of us as a technical library whose holdings do not circulate; that is, they cannot be borrowed. If a library user needs something to take back to his office, he makes a photocopy on the library's machines. It's the same with us, only we do the copying (or scanning) for you. You download the result, or we deliver paper copies by post or courier. Slow Internet connection? We'll put your files on a CD-ROM. Occasionally, we will sell an original book or technical report, usually a duplicate from one of our collections; these will be clearly distinguished in our catalog.
We're easy to work with. We accept major credit cards and several other methods of payment. For those who lack convenient payment methods, our user accounts allow you to maintain a credit balance that can be used to pay for our services until it is exhausted. Thus one payment can support many purchases.
